That's about what the Lexus dealers in GA charge, but depending on your state too. I know CA or N.Y may charge more. I think it's depend on the geography, average income( pay the techs,cashiers,valets...etc), property value, overhead cost..and so on.
The dealership I work with has 64 loaners(RX,ES and IS), free loaner filled up, free car wash( three guys doing the carwash), 4 cashiers,7 service consultants,8 valets and one roadside assistance. I know the gas will cost about $25K-$40K per months depending on the market price, the valets will cost roughly $16K/month, the loaners is the biggest spending even know they will sell them as a CPO but the depreciation will cost the dealer at least $200K/year. It's cost a lot of money per month to keep the door open with nice lounge, loaner cars, car wash, etc....
One thing people may ignore or never thing about when compare the price by service at the dealership or independent is the resale value and the relationship with the dealer. The car that service at the dealer will get more on trade in and deep discount on the new car(at my dealership anyway). If the car has some expensive problem after the warranty expired, the service manager will look at the service history and decide to Goodwill the whole job or help the customer on part/labor. They have the allowance per month for the Goodwill to good customer. I don' t know how much per month.
