Default 1LS400 code 12&13

recently my car just started to act up. and it got worse. now...when ever i turn on my car id say about 15-20 mins of driving it would jsut shut off. has power but shuts off. i ran the CEL and it came up as 12 (RPM signal- no signal) and 13 (RPM signal open or short)

i just replaced the crank angle sensor or the crank position sensor. and it is still doing the same thing..

the weird thing is.. is that on cold start it would misfire untill it warms up a little and when i have it under load it would misfire at 3K+ RPM.

here are somethings i did to the car when i bought it

new water pump
new timing belt
new serpentine belt
new plugs/wires

I have not installed new Fuel filter or rotors.

i'm stumped at this and have been looking at the schematics and i guess tomorrow i'mma have to start from the Crank angle and work my way out from there.. any thoughts? or comments.... i tried searching and found a thing or two..but i want to make sure

one of the threads said something about not getting signal...
thanks...

I would check the wiring to your crank position sensor, and also check the wiring to both of the cam position sensors.. Its common for those wires to not be put back in their holders, and the belt rub through them.
