What intake did you put in? Did it use an oiled filter?

Try resetting the ECU, pull the fuse and allow it to sit for about a minute or so. Plug fuse back in and then go for a short drive while alternating RPM's and shift points so the ECU can accurately read the increased airflow. For instance go WOT a few times down your block, drive regularly, drive like a grandma, give it some load on a high gear, so on.

Also try cleaning for MAF or IACV. Do a quick search on DIY's with photos.

wenever i do some kind of mod relating to lights or increased power i automatically disconnect the negative battery terminal 15mins. after the car is turned off. then i do all the work, double check, then re-connect the battery and start (NEVER ANY PROBLEMS)..then redo all your windows by going to each of them and putting them up, then down, then they will all work again, and some of your nav. info will be stock, then take a short ride around so the ECU reads the new airflow
