Exclamation brakes maintenance question

im kinda a noob to this but like i hear that the brakes on the newer lexus models dont need bleeding??? huh i mean my older cars needed it but like recently my brakes have been feeeling like i gotta push down more to get to a stop but recently ive felt that they readjusted themselves......? weird

read your maintenance manual. it will say right there. i suspect it will say replace brake fluid every 2years/30k miles.

so long as the system is not opened or worked on, and we aren't using the car in race conditions, there is no need to bleed brakes

as mentioned, every 2 years, it's a good idea to replace the brake fluid, which will require bleeding...
