I have a 1997 GS300. I went to change my spark plugs and 4 out of 6 are covered in oil. What is the problem? Valve gaskets? What do I need to do?

valve cover gaskets...
replace them, along with the spark plug tube seals...
then replace the PCV valve, as this is what probably caused the gaskets to go bad to start...
you will also want to pull the spark plugs, might as well replace them, and it might be a good idea to do the wires (or coil boots, whichever your car has) at the same time - oil is not very friendly to rubber and will quickly eat through the boots...
