Its a 1992 sc300 with around 140k miles. its completely stock and an automatic. the car has been sitting for about a year and previously to that it started some white smoke out of the exhaust, he thought head gasket but had someone look at it and they told him it was injectors. he claims he had the injectors rebuilt which i did not know was possible and it still has white smoke. he is asking 1500 for the car. i dont know much about these but i have always like the supra's and sc's. i have been mainly into dsm but would love to acquire an sc300. i plan to go look at the car within the next few days. if anyone would know anything in particular that i should look for i would greatly appreciate it.. here is some pictures of the car

Id spend the 100 bucks and take it to a shop to have it inspected before purchase.. they do a pressure check on the cooling system to check for leaks. If it truely is white smoke, and not gray/blue, then you likely have a blown head gasket. In my opinion, 1500 is too much to pay.. offer him 750 with the blown gasket, and settle for 1k, then get it fixed.

It will need alot of work for sure. I've seen a 95 SC4 for 1950 on craigslist. It's got high miles(200K) but it's running fine and it looks good. I would walk on it but that's just me.
