Default What would you do?

I love my Ls400. Ive put a bunch in it to restore it to stock.
However the remaining items are wearing me down.
What would you do sell or keep building? The problems are:
The AC/Heater LED is blacked out cant read temp or time.
(Dealer says rebuild is $400)
The Speedo needle went dark this week.($???)
The Blue leather steering wheel has lost its color/dye and is looking weak, currently felt covered. I'd love a wood era lexus wheel but would it fit?
The shifter console wood is cracked.($???)

Other than that the car is as new.
What would YOU do? Sell or save?
Where would you buy parts?

I'd buy the parts and do it myself.

You can get a new steering wheel cover from wheelskinz. Very nice.

Nice rides.

Try cyberauto.com for the wheelskinz... if that doesn't work I'll do some more digging tomorrow.

They can be used for a replacement or a recover...
