2006 GS300: directions on how to replace brake pads?

Time to replace the brake pads.....
Where can I find general instructions on how to change the brake pads? (Haynes and Chilton manuals apparently not available).

Are special tools required? Similar to disk pad replacement on other cars?

I have done this twice now. Before I did, I searched and found these two threads that helped very much.

rear brake pad replacement

front pad replacement
even though the front pad thread is on an IS350, it is the same procedure and set up for the GS300.

It was very easy to do.
