hey guys, a few weeks ago my 93 SC would start fine in the morning and then after stopping briefly it would start up an immediately die. i cleaned the throttle body and the car ran fine for 2 weeks. friday the same thing happened - drove fine for a while and then while sitting it just shut off. all of my electronics work so i know its not electrical. i can start the car but the acceleration is hesitant and unless i keep my speed up the car turns off. any ideas on what could be causing the issue? i am currently redoing the interior so i dont have my gauges in - i cant tell if a CEL is present or not. any insight is appreciated. thanks guys.

(im no mechanic) but...if i had any guess, i would say possibly a fuel pump or fuel filter?

gonna have to pull any codes that might be there and get back to us...

more than likely, its something along the lines of mass air flow sensor or throttle position sensor, but those are outright guesses that are related to your symptoms...

yea, you need to pull codes. we cant shoot in the dark here. could be anything from fuel pump/resistor to mass air sensor...
