Lightbulb 99 GS3 running lean, opinions?

So I bought my GS3 a little over a week ago from Nashville, and drove it back to Louisville with absolutely zero issues (a ~180 mile trip). But a few days later i was giving the throttle a bit of love on an on ramp and popped a CEL. turns out its running lean, so i think hm. maybe the injectors are clogged? it does have over 200k miles on it. Have the CEL cleared with a fresh tank of 93 and some inj cleaner, get about 20 miles and it pops again.

So my next guess is fuel filter being dirty? Anyone have any thoughts they would like to share? Idles and accelerates with no hesitations or surges or anything of that matter.
