Default 2004 LS430 timing belt change time?

I went to Lexus and bought the water pump ,thermostat, and timing belt , The parts guy said i should replace the idlers while i am in there at $88x2. Then i read the tensioner should be replaced too. Any thing else while i am at it ?
Is this dude trying to sell me parts or just replace them ?

Tensioners are a good idea. Some pulleys start making noise around 100k. You can get both tensioner and idler pulleys for about $80 shipped from many automotive parts store online. Just look for the Koyo brand.

Yea, id do the idlers for sure. Its already apart, and not much more to have them replaced. Might as well do it once, and do it right.
