I have 165,000 miles and all suspension pieces/parts are original. I was checking under the car today just to have a look around and notice these 2 parts that look a little worn.
Do these need to be replaced or do they look OK?

The first two pictures are the lower control arm bushings (caster). They are a common problem with the older GS. It's usually the culprit of most steering wheel shake at ~60-65mph. Your tires may also experience uneven wear and your car will tend to wander around instead of tracking straight because your toe is constantly changing.
01+ GS received different LCA that includes a larger bushing.
You have two options if you want to replace it. 1) buy OEM that cost a lot of money or 2) get Daizen polyurethane which will ultimately end up costing just as much due to labor. If you get the urethane, you may not have to worry about it for the rest of the car's life, but you do feel more of the road so that may or may not be a good thing.
If you're not experiencing any of the above symptoms, then leave it alone until it actually goes bad.

Thanks for the reply. I think I will leave it alone as the car tracks straight. I was looking around down there because the other day I was making a sharp u-turn and heard a clunk sound come from the right front.
BTW - the GS is a 98
