Default Diesel in the gas tank... Help!!

Ok, don't ask me how but my wife filled up the gas tank of her RX 300 with diesel and drove off... She drove until the engine died.

So my question is. Is there an easy fix? I bought 5 5gallon tanks and a hose ( to empty the tank), fuel system cleaner, and engine starter spray. I have my tool box. I can do light mechanical work.
What would be the right way to get the Lexus running and what would be the quick fix, if it's different from the right way?
I am away from home, away from a Lexus dealer. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advanced!

You will need to drain the tank and flush the fuel line. The easiest way (without having to take the car in) is to remove the line between filter and fuel rail and bypass the fuel pump and let the pump pumps the diesel out.

The diesel shouldn't damage anything though. Just check the plugs and replace if necessary.

Well I ended up bringing it to a shop. They took the gas tank down and put it Back up. But now there is no power to the pump or Gage (it reads full with only three gallons). Any clue what this could be due to?
Thanks!

They must have left something unplugged when they dropped the tank I would guess
