my 98 gs400 front passenger door doesnt look sometimes? WTF! what could be the problem? its looks when it wants to and its starting to get ANNOYING!

You likely need a new door lock actuator for that door...

Sure, its fairly common. If you go out to your car right now, and click the lock and unlock button back and forth, at about the 3rd or 4th click, your passenger door lock probably wont move any more. You can still manually move the lock on the door panel, and the door will lock... but the electronics dont work anymore. Right? If so.. then yes, you need a new door lock actuator.

check for the DIY in the 2gs forum for this fix.. either spend $20 on a new tiny motor (or less) or spend a few hundreds for someone else to fix it with new parts. same results just one requires your time an patience haha
