Default Help !! Water under the seats.

Can somebody tell me why my IS250 is getting water under the driver and passenger seat. Does it have to do with the AC component in the middle?

Thanks in advanced!

The drain plug for the a/c system(the evaporator behind the dash) is clogged up. You just take the car to the Lexus dealer, they know what to do.

all my carpets are damp to very wet. I've been advised by an air conditioner specialist (thought that was the problem) that the moonroof drain lines are possibly clogged. the lines run from the moonroof slide channel thru the windshied columns and the columns between the front-back windows. Am going to the dealer monday to confirm. my car has 48000 miles. have been told the ballpark cost is $150 - also told that this is a common problem by a lexus mechanic - not the service advisor. I am not at all happy about this "common problem" especially when my routine not-cheap scheduled maintenance should have picked this matter up before it soaked my carpets. Mold is a hazard and I'm getting downright mad about now.
