Can anyone recommend a good outside car cover?

Try Lexus Parts World. That is where I bought mine from. I believe the cover was made by Introtech. I have been very satisfied with the cover so far.

I have the Covercraft Noah car cover, been using it for 3+ years. It does repel water a bit, but not water resistant. It's thick, and great for outside use.

just be careful. if you use it on a dirty car. the cover rubs against the paint, effectively turning the car cover into sandpaper.

+1. I have a Covercraft Noah with lock and cable. Has served me well for years.
