Hah! I had to read your posting twice to figure out the sarcasm!

No need to get offended- those are such broad questions anyone trying to answer would be typing for a long time!

But here's the key tip for you right now- if you wanna turbo a SC, don't get a SC400- get the SC300. There are many options for turbo/supercharging the 300, and none (so far) for the 400- there is just not enough room under that hood.

And one more key tip- the "search" function works wonders- there are hundreds of threads with the very info you need already posted. Check them out and you'll know a lot after reading them.

maggarjt,

What perry said....and....

I would say that the SC300 is the way to go as well.

Issues with the SC300 that are of little concern....

Front lower arm bushing are mushy and breakdown...Part $99 or so + $200 install

92-94 Has useless turn lights in the foglight holes... you can swap them and rewire for fogs. 95+ are fog lights.

Interior issues are a slight ripping or break in the leather on the door trim. Cheap fix is to reinforce before it breaks.

Headlights tend to leak water because from what I can research is that the water channels in the hood push water toward the headlight. This in combo with the slight indentation along the caulking creates a puddle in the seal of the light which leads to leaking. Easy fix is to dissemble, clean, and recaulk the light... about 5hrs work.

Only other issues with the SC300 are normal issues like changing the spark plugs requires removal of the intake from on top of the engine.

Overall, these cars are some of the most stable and bullet-proof out there.
