Default HELP! AC on = no power steering and low voltage

OK so today i was sitting in traffic on my way home from the beach and i suddenly lost power steering. so i pulled over to see what the problem was. I noticed that on my dash the low voltage light came up and that AC light was blinking. When i turn off the AC the low voltage light turns off and my power steering comes back like nothing happened. Anyone else have this problem? Is it the AC compressor or is it The pully or belt? i need some help its going to be over 100 degrees for like the rest of the week!!

I started my car to go up to 7-11 and the belt started squeeling, just some extra info.

Thanks for the help

My best guess would be your A/C compressor start to locking up.

Yea, what the other guys said. A blinking A/C light usually indicates a clutch engagement malfunction.. like a frozen or freezing compressor...
