My radiator cracked and now my car doesnt start?
Hey guys my first post, i've read up on a few of the things and right now i dont know where to turn. My radiator has a sliver of a crack on it, this is on the plastic portion. And now my car wont turn on, im not sure if its seized im not sure if it needs a starter, im not sure what it needs. And i was wondering what direction i should take with it, or if any of you guys are in the california area, southern to be exact to maybe stop by and help me with my problem. Like the young lady with the gs300 that i read upon, the engine makes a noise like the b battery is dead but its not. It wont turn over and i am not knowledgeable enough to get into the finer points of the engine to go and tinker around with things. I need this car for school, work among other things and id certainly appreciate some insight or a fellow lexus enthusiast to stop by and help me rectify the problem. let me know ladies and gentleman thank you so much and have a great day

Well its plastic at the top so won't be welding it, but the car sounds like a vaccum when you try and turn it on. It doesn't turn over so I'm trying to see if anyone has had this issue and where I can attribute it to? Any ideas?

My guess is that the "vacuum cleaner" noise is your starter motor turning over but not engaging. The starter motor has a small gear that thrusts forward and engages your main flywhel gear. Either your flywheel is missing a few teeth or (more likely) the starter motor needs repair/rebuild/replacement.
99.9% probability that your starting issue is NOT related to the crack in your radiator.
