rumbling..
If the car is NOT moving, in PARK , and it rumbles, I would look for DIRECT contact from engine/tranny onto a chassis structure. Engine mounts ( bad or loose) /.//
A wild A** guess

rumbling 2nd thought
If rumbling is felt, and heard, I would tend to think that the secondary issues, as provided by my prior reply, may hold merit. After all, 'sounds like a truck' is BIG noise, or am I off ...
If the rumble is not only acoustic, but also FELT, (in park, zero miles per hour...) I would look to not only what I listed prior, but also to other MAJOR issues, which I consider unlikely, including the engine/tranny interfaces, damage from a wreck or contact with objects which may affect the half-shafts, wheels, etc.. in general.
Perhaps, if unlikely, a bad oil pump (allowing the lifters the go soft), etc...
Let us get real - It is a Toyota~!
Have you LOOKED and tested for clearance, the engine/tranny, while at idle moving at zero miles an hour?
Is vehicle movement needed to generate the "rumble"?
Your car is one one of the best of it's class. It is only 6 years old.
Basic's first.

Thanks DD & agiagi
for responding......
Movement is needed for the noise. I guess it sounds more like a small truck tthen a huge truck :-)
This is what happens:
I crank up, let it idle a lil (warming up & adjusting my driving shades & checking my supply of fresh breath mints), then i start out..i dont fly out i just sorta cruise out..ok first 200 yds i'm in lexo heaven ..then i need to like go up a slight incline maybe a hill and so i press a lil on the gas, and then is when i hear the noise..i back off gas a lil noise goes way down but still there i estimate my speed aroud 25 to 30 ....
Anymore ideas \...sorry guys to keep picking your brains.
