Get new tires put on. Could be a tire coinicity problem

I went back to Costco and ordered the new tires. It'll be a few days. But it wasn't easy.. they made me feel stupid to blame the tires. I mentioned it could be conicity, or something with the way the radial belt was installed in the tires. They looked at me like they never heard of these things before.

No offense to anyone that works at a Costco or Walmart service center, but those guys are rarely educated properly and most aren't even in to cars or knowing about tires, so the learn the minimum they need to, to get by...

For those out there that do work at those types of places, I apologize, and hate to make stereotypes, its just an observation...
