Kraken

Over the past few days I have been having some stupid issues with my IS300. My windshield wipers will turn on, which as of now seems like when ever it wants. My switch is in the off spot when this happens and I can't turn it back off and I can't spray fluid on to my windshield when that happens. It seems to only happen after I've been driving for 30-40 min, and only stops after I have my car off for a few hours. I tried to pull the fuse, but then I had issuses with my car starting, I doubt they are related.
