Default Few questions, tranny oil, engine oil

Have a few questions,
1. what brand or type of transmission fluid is reccomended for the 1990 4LTR v8 quad cam Ls400 cant seem to find it anywhere on here. ( some brands not available in australia lol )
2. what type of tranny filter and brand?
3. what brand and type of engine oil is recommended?
4. brand and type of engine oil filter recommened?
5. car has recently started holding gears and has been doing slightly sharp and jolting gear changes, a transmission fluid and filter replacement should solve this..... shouldnt it?

and before someone says to look there, i dont have the owners manual. lol

cheers guys

1. Toyota T-IV, Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF, Redline ATF, or Royal Purple ATF.
2. OEM from dealer.
3. Whatever viscosity is reccomended on your oil cap. I always run synthetic. Use to be Mobil 1, but now run AMSOIL because I can get it discounted through my job.
4. Toyota, K&N, and Mobil 1 are all good filters.
5. Yes.

How many miles on the car? I am not sure if they still do, but Lexus used to send owners manuals to owners for free if they email them. I got one for my 1990 ES250 for free in 2004.
