Default Changing A/T in '99 ES 300

I'm in the process of changing Transmission fluid in a '99 ES300. I was noticing 2 drain plugs. One on the auto transmission pan and the other on the "differential-torque converter" thingy. The main problem I perceive is that I can't find a fill hole on the "differential-torque converter" thingy. Is there one or not? Do I simply add to filler spout on AT?
