Hardwire a Valentine radar unit
Does anyone know how to get behind the dash to hardwire my radar unit to the cigarette lighter wire? I know how to hook it up, I just don't know how to get to the wire.

There should be old threads in the GS forum with pictures, do a search. Use the wire from the lights on the roof of the car. There is a switched wire that you can tap into for the V1. It wasn't too hard, however, a nice CL member helped me out
