Default The Scent of Transmission fluid

So... I changed my transmission fluid recently, and some spilled on the ground where I had to lay down. There was a shirt that had been left in our living room for a couple weeks and my roomate who was there said it belonged to nobody, so I thought it would be cool to use the shirt as a mop so I could lay down without getting soaked in transmission fluid.

Anyways, the next day I told my other roomate who said that the shirt was his and he wanted it (Don't know why he left it crumpled in the corner of the living room collecting dust), so I washed it 3 times and all of the stains are gone, but it still smells like oil. Any tips for getting that scent out of fabric?

It's a cotton polo btw. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I have no clue where to put this.
