Default lx470 suspension problems

Awhile back, I was asking about possible advice on my 470 with the ride being "bouncy". I had it diagnosed yesterday at the dealer, and they told me that someone or some shop had contaminated the suspension fluid with possible washer fluid, as they said that it happens way too much. Anyways, they said the front too accumulators are damaged and the fluid needs to be flushed.

I agree with the flush, but the accum. are so expensive - $575 each with 5 hours of labor time to change!

First question, are the accum. the items that are located on the inner side of the frame rail?

Secondly, I would like to try a fluid flush first to see if that would remedy some of the problem. It's a helluva lot cheaper, and it will need to be done anyways.

Anyone have any advice on this? I know it has been discussed before, and I received some good information from Sooner and DevilDog on it.

Help me!! I just don't have $2200 in my pocket!!

Yes, I see this happened all the time when someone or someshop filled up with windshield washer or power steering fluid. You can try to flush it first depending on what kind of the fluid they put in there and how long it in there.
The accumulator is mount on the frame and there's a lot of procedures to remove and install, then bleed the system.

I think that is what I will try to do first. How much should a flush cost? I had suggested this to the dealer when I had it there, but they seemed against it and only wanted to do the whole job.
