I'm sorry if this info is out there somewhere... I didn't have any luck doing a search.

I'm just wondering if there is a tutorial for changing the bulbs on a 92 ES300?

It's not too tough. The low beams are found in the outside two projectors, and use a size 9006 bulb. Find where the harness goes into the projectors, and give it a slight turn to unlock the bulb. Then unclip the bulb from the harness. Clip the new bulb into the harness, taking care not to touch the glass (otherwise the oils left by fingers will boil when the bulb heats up, leading to premature failure). Place the base of the bulb back into the socket and turn to lock it in place.

Popped in some SilverStars. Had to move the washer tank and battery but you were right - an easy job. Illumination is much better than before.

Has anyone removed the headlight assembly to clean the projectors? They looked like they could use some cleaning and the right side assembly had some condensation anyways...
