Does Lexus void the CPO warranty if the car doesn't get serviced at one of the Lexus dealers? In other words, if I were to get an oil change or regular maintanence at an outside shop, does that void the CPO warranty? Thanks for your response.

It should not void your warranty.
Save your reciepts as proof of perfomring the service in case Toyota/Lexus requires visual evidence.
When in doubt, read your "Owner's Guide, Owner's Manual Supplement, or the Warranty Booklet" for complete warraty information. Especially the fine print.

For me the answer was no at the beginning of 2002. I live in Mexico City, where there are now 4 Toyota dealerships (no Lexus until February 2004).
When I first got here, Toyota had not opened its doors (April 2002).
At one point, I had to take the car back to get some altitude adjustments done, but I also had some items needed to be fixed under warranty. Lexus tried to tell me that since I now lived in Mexico, the warranty was void. However, I promptly pointed out with a couple of other attorney friends that within the owner's manual it specifically mentioned, "When traveling within MEXICO, please call this number for assistance." Lexus changed their tone really quick.
