Default Timing belt and water pump

I have LX 470 of year 2002. It has done 65K miles. Kindly guide me for its timing belt and water pump replacement. It is now 13 years old, should I wait for 90K miles or considering the age I should get these parts replaced as soon as possible.

I would do the belt for sure as well as drive belt and all the fluids.

90k or 10 years seems to be the general recommendation, so, yes.
