Hi,
I connected up the battery the wrong way round in my 2006 LS460. I popped off the main fuse box cover under the hood and I can see that the ALT fuse has blown.
What's the procedure for replacing this? I would like a mobile mechanic to repair but I am not sure if I need an entire new fuse assembly or if the specific fuse can be replaced.

If you are talking about the 120amp main fuse, you have to lift the fuse box, remove the bottom plastic cover, remove some screws, in order to remove that 120amp fuse.

No, not the main fuse, the fusible link assembly.
