Where is coolant drain plug located in engine block??? (Could not find this in threads by searching...)
I want to drain coolant properly. Is draining from radiator draincock and engine block drain plug sufficient, or do you need to use a Prestone Flush&Fill kit w/garden hose?

Under the exhaust manifold toward the back of the engine. You will see a 10 mm drain bolt and a 1" pipe coming out from each banks(one drain on each bank). Connect a small hose to that little pipe and loosing the drain bolt, this way the coolant won't dip on the AF sensor connector. I recommended to use the Toyota coolant and it's red in color.

Thanks, VVT-i. I'll have to search for it - is it more accessible from above or underneath the car?
Yeah, I have the Toyota (Texaco) red coolant, that's all I'll use. I've had a problem in the past in my Supra when I tried to switch to Prestone - it made some of the rubber swell, and I had to replace the coolant reservoir hoses.
