Default GS350 Display Screen Trouble

Hello Everyone! I am completely new here. If someone can give me any suggestions it would be really appreciated.

My navi screen just stopped responding. I can't turn on the radio, connect Bluetooth , or see the navigation maps. Is there a way to reset the display to be in factory state?

I believe the problem started when I went to the menu and turned off the display. Once I turned off the car and turned it back on there is no way for me to get display on again.

Half the screen is black, other half is still working but none of the buttons work.

I will upload a pic later on today.

try unhooking your car battery for 5 minutes, then reconnect
