My car didn't ever have a filter in there. 10 years later and it will finally have one! Here is a question though. I saw pictures on a website that showed there being two physical filters with one stacked on top of the other. Do both come in the package? BTW, It's getting tough to get a good response from Carson these days, anyone else finding it difficult to get through to someone in parts, and then willing to spend more than 2 min with you? This is recently, they have been great in the past.

I haven't called, but shot an e-mail request about a week ago. They replied back w/in 24 hrs with a full breakdown of prices (I had like 10 items I was inquiring about).

The few times I have dealt with them, I had great service from the parts dept. They could be just busy. Good luck though.

will they get any lexus part or only lexus parts that are the same as toyota parts?...cause the dealer by me is trying to charge me like 110 for a window regulator, which is only a little plastic part.
