Transmission Line Pressure Checking Advice Please A960E A7601 A760E AB60E
Hello
Im working on a my personal vehicle and would like to know a bit about Line Pressure testing. on a Transmission.
and perhaps if you have any other tips or tricks. On reading current value to match the theory of Line Pressure decreases as current flow to solenoid.
My transmission is the Asin Warner A960E
Many Parts are compatible with A760 A761 A761E A760 AB60 series and other transmissions.
I have tech steam and able to control each solenoid but was reading on a Manuel and it may require a SST?
Special Service Tool (09992-00231) Adapter C
Is this completely necessary? It looks useful but also $100 alone for the part
Would you happen the know the fitting size required for this text and if you can recommend a decent gauge.
