Default es300 PS belt removal....need some fast help

i'm currently working on removing the power steering belt and can't seem to loosen it. in the manual i have it says to loosen the bolt that is in the slotted bracket, which i have done, and then it should come off. are there any other bolts to loosen? the PSP will not move...any advice would be helpful.

Sometimes it's realy tight, you may have to use a pry bar and place it at the bottom part of the PS pump then pry it in toward the front of the engine. Or you can try just pull on the belt.
