A have a 2004 Lexus GS300. Heating system works fine except air will not blow into either foot well. All other vents working satisfactorily. I've done the hvac diagnostic check and the fault codes displayed are 21 and 43 each with a tone sounding when the code is displayed.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions as to the cause and how to fix it.
