Default dealer satisfaction

I vote Lexus of Serramonte a "10" and Lexus corp a "10" for repainting my lower cladding and bumpers under warrenty. My front and rear bumpers had some parking damage and I didn't ask them to paint them because of that. I asked for estimates to have them repaired and painted at a later time. But they repaired and painted the bumpers anyway under warranty as a courtesy. I didn't expect it and I was really surprised to see my car looking like new again.

Definately a for your lexus dealership. That is going above and beyond, and that is what will keep customers coming back.
