Basic Synthetic Oil Change includes Tire Balancing?

Hi guys, does anyone know if Lexus Basic Service Synthetic Oil change includes Tire Balance as well? any infos would be appreciated.

Typically your wheels don't need to be re-balanced unless something happened.
