A/C Question
92 SC300. Car has newer A/C unit. Problem is that it takes quite a while for the air to blow cold, even set at max. I have an old piece of crap Oldsmobile that blows very cold in almost a minute after starting if its set on high. Any advice from anyone. I recently had the harmonic balance put on and they checked A/C at that time and said no leak. Laso, it odes get cold eventually, especially after driving at higher RPMs such as on the highway. Any help what to try would be appreciated.

Check your Condersor fan/ fan clutch. It's sound like you need more air to cool the Condensor and it's cool at highway speed. Make sure nothing block the Condensor( a small radiator in front of the coolant radiator).
