Default Ls400 oil leak

New to forum need some advice. Bought my 1993 ls400 a few months back after selling my 97 Tacoma. It's been a very reliable car just has a bad oil leak that seems to be coming from the front crank seal. I have been filling it back up Everytime the oil light comes on which is about every 150 to 200 miles. I had the valve cover gaskets both replace when I first bought it because at the time seemed like a minor leak. I went back and looked at the job the mechanic had done and was let down when I saw that it doesn't look like he changed the 8 round gaskets that go around the spark plugs. When I changed them on my truck the new ones were blue and these still look like the old brown one that were original to the car. I also have a bad power steering leak and there is oil all over the bottom of the car and after every drive it smells like burning oil from how much oil is being blown back on to the exhaust. Bought the car with 193,000 miles and is now at 202,000 I'm just becoming very annoyed with the amount of leaks it has. Any advice is welcome. I've also considered using a oil stop leak additive until I have the time off work to find and fix all the leaks. Ik the power steering pump need replacing because it hasn't worked since I purchased the car. Just want some advice on what my best option would be.
