i installed a new window regulator that i got from bell lexus today...after a while installing it, i test it out and the damn wire snaps, i dont know how work why....should i call bell lexus back up and send it back to them, to try to get a new one?

i just talked to the people they said send it back...they have never heard of it happening, the person's boss has to look at it then they will send me a new one

Hi,
I just replaced my cable assembly (not motor) too with no problems. The only thing that was tricky was getting the window back in and bolting the tracks in properly. Remember that these DC motors have tons of torque so any alignment/track problems could conceivably snap the cable or plastic window lift attached to it. I doubt it though and you'll find out whether you had a dud when you install #2.

yea i got it all in right and now have a perfect way of getting it in without taking out the window....i figured it out when i had to take it out to send it back
