oil filter

I have a 99 gs300 and wanted to know what is the difference between these oil filters: 08922-20004, 08922-02011, 90915-20004, 90915-yzzb9...etc.???

2011 and B9 are V6 toyota filters , 1 made in US, 1 made in Japan.................20004 is a V8
