Cluster wont turn on. And car wont turn over.

Cluster wont turn on. And car wont turn over.
I have a 2001 Lexus IS300 car overheated once. Immediately trailered home (pump i believe). It has sat for a bit. Wont turn over now. I do want to say that the cluster wont come on, but the dome lights amd headlights do. Is it a fuse? Or is it something else? Just wanna get it fixed asap. Anything i can do.
