So I've converted to Lexus from Mercedes, and still have a Volvo in my fleet.
The European cars have some really amazing DIY part sites, like fcpeuro, that have almost every imagineable part needed, in an extremely simple user interface. The key point is that they have all the OE and OEM parts, and call out when the OEM/OE part is the same (this Mann oil filter is the same as the one with the Benz star, just without the star and higher price).
I haven't been able to find sites quite like this for Lexus. Surely it exists?
Rather, it seems I have to perform extensive forum research to determine what these parts are, and then search for that part, with the e-retailer giving almost zero supporting information.

Try looking for Toyota sites as many Lexus models have shared mechanicals with Toyota. Also, there are many discount OEM Lexus parts dealers on the internet such as myLparts, or Lexuspartsnow or South Atlanta Lexus Parts, etc.
