Help! Car won't start and there is a ticking sound from the fuse box

Default Help! Car won't start and there is a ticking sound from the fuse box
Hi all

Went to start up the GS today (4th Gen 2012 GS350) and no love. I thought I had a dead battery but found a ticking sound coming from the fuse box when I went to attach the battery charger

The mighty google suggested that it might be the relay but I have no clue on electricals

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Big or small problem? Car is stranded in my driveway right now so I cant take it to a garage easily...thanks!
