Sc300 coolant drain plug
Where's the engine drain plug for the sc300? The repair manual has a diagram that is **** poor. I'm guessing the first gen gs300 would be the same. Maybe even the is300.

It is a bolt on the block on the exhaust manifold side near cylinder 6, in a place where (at least on my 1st gen GS) you can't see if from below and must attack it from above. I removed most of my air intake piping and that helped a lot. Good luck.

Thanks for the help Pianoman72.
I'm not quite sure, but I see a bolt on the very end of the block with a ground wire connected to it. The bolt head is 12mm with no face markings. Is this the one? The repair manual might have typos but it says to torque the bolt at a certain rating and I cross checked it with the bolt size section and it says that the bolt is 8 mm and has 4 dashes on the head.
I'll go ahead and take the bolt off this weekend and see what happens.

It is not on the very end of the block and it does not have a ground wire on it. It is in the vicinity of cylinder 6, on the passenger side closer to the bottom of the block about 3/4 of the way down or more. Someone else help me describe it.
You can barely see if from above in the GS, there is absolutely no way you can view it from below. Too much in the way.

are you referring to the radiator drain ****? to drain coolant? If so, it's on the driver's side at the bottom of the radiator. There's a small drain tube that you can see hanging down from underneath the car. To drain it you just unscrew the tab from above until it begins to drain down that tube. If that's not what you were asking then sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about.
