pass side wood trim loose

The pass side wood trim is loose and rattles like a b#$%^ any quick fixes.. I searched for "wooden trim" and came up with nothing. What should I do it's very annoying.

if your talking about the wood on the door, remove the door panel, and you will have access to the nuts that you will have to tighten.
