Description:
2009 Lexus IS 250 for sale. Sad to let go of this car because it's treated me so well but decided to move on to an SUV. The car is in great operational and aesthetic condition, and I would love to sell the car to a ClubLexus member as this forum has helped me so much with getting the most of the car. Details regarding specs, maintenance, mods, etc below.
GENERAL SPECS
- 2009 IS 250 RWD purchased new in May 2009 from Newport Lexus (single owner)
- Pearl white paint, black interior (perforated leather trim)
- Nav, heated/vented seats, power front seats, Bluetooth, sunroof, backup camera
- Non-HID headlights, 18" wheels
- Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires
- 113K miles
- Clean title, no accidents or bodywork repair
- Front plates NOT installed (no drill holes!)
I have most of the paperwork/receipts on maintenance history. No issues ever -- all maintenance was for wear and tear and used OEM parts whenever possible. Most work done at Corner3 Garage in Laguna Niguel and West Coast Tire in West LA. Recent investment into maintenance includes:
- Front and rear brake pads and brake fluid replaced Oct 2018 (OEM)
- Alternator replaced Sep 2018 (OEM)
- Front tires replaced Sep 2018 (Hankook Ventus V12)
- Cabin and engine air filters replaced Sep 2018 (OEM)
- Synthetic oil changes every 7,500 miles (either Mobil 1 or Castrol Full Syn), OEM filters
All mods are non-engine/drivetrain related and mostly aesthetic
- Genuine OEM ISF rear spoiler (special edition spoiler for ISF, different from standard IS spoiler); installed with 3M tape so no drill holes
- Override on nav system to skip Nav Warning/'I Agree' screen (ie, pressing 'I Agree' to use Nav is no longer needed -- see forums for reference)
- Override on infotainment limitations while car in motion (ie, full use of infotainment while in motion -- see forums for reference)
- 35% carbon tint on all side windows and rear windshield; 30% ceramic tint on sunroof (installed at XLNT Tint in Anaheim)
- Red tail light stickers on rear amber lights to match brake light color (can be removed)
