If i were you id take care of all the maintenance items due and not based on age and mileage, give it nice detail and list it on BAT,
you’re pricing it on high end of market value and BAT would definitely get you closest to it

thanks Frack for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I think a listing on bat or cars and bids would be pretty fun. I would need a good photographer and give it a good wash. I checked the maintenance schedule and think most everything is up to date, but it can't hurt to change the plugs and do a coolant flush. I will say the trans fluid is new, synthetic oil is new, batteries on both remotes are new.
